SET ME UP

• Open the AI VOICEBOTS tab.
• Click SET ME UP and fill in the form.
• Click CREATE MY VOICEBOTS.

A MOBLE team member then adds your voicebots. Keep every key private — type it into the form, never into an email or a chat.

CALL VISITORS BACK FROM YOUR WEBSITE

On a chatbot's edit screen, set Default to Voicebot to Yes. The chatbot then shows a short form (name, email, mobile), and your voicebot phones the visitor. Add a Voicebot Headline above the form so visitors know a call is coming.

Add the AI Tag voice to the pages, products, files or FAQs your voicebot should answer from (Voice Knowledge Base).
