CHATBOT - SHOW IN SWARMS

Toggle whether this AI Agent appears in the Chatbot’s Swarms menu (a set of icons at the top) so users can switch between multiple Agents.

WHAT IT DOES

When Show in Swarms is set to YES, the Chatbot’s icon appears in the Swarms menu at the top of your Chatbot interface. Users can then click on each icon to switch between different AI Agents (e.g., SEARCH, SHOP, SUPPORT). If set to NO, this Agent is hidden from the swarm.

SETTINGS

1. YES:

  • Your Chatbot icon is visible in the menu alongside other Agents.

2. NO:

  • Your Chatbot is active but not displayed in the swarm menu.

Note:

  • Ensure you set a Swarm Label and a Sort Order to define how the icon appears and in what position.

BEST PRACTICES

1. Keep It Relevant

  • Only display Agents that users will likely switch between frequently
    (e.g., a Shop Chatbot and a Support Chatbot).

2. Avoid Overcrowding

  • Too many Agents can confuse users. Show the most vital ones.

3. Use Clear Swarm Labels

  • Labels like “SEARCH,” “SHOP,” or “QUOTE” make it obvious what each Agent does.
