CHATBOT SWARMS SORT ORDER

Arrange multiple AI Agents in the Chatbot Swarm by assigning each a numeric order. “1” appears on the far left.

WHAT IT DOES

The Sort Order determines the position of each Agent Icon within the Chatbot’s Swarms menu (top of the Chatbot). A lower number (e.g., 1) places the Agent further to the left, while higher numbers move it to the right.

  • Agent A: Sort Order = 1 (far left)
  • Agent B: Sort Order = 2 (middle)
  • Agent C: Sort Order = 3 (far right)

Be sure to click SAVE after setting the Sort Order. Higher numbers won’t override an Agent with a lower number.

BEST PRACTICES

1. List Most Used Agent First

  • If your “SEARCH” Chatbot is most popular, give it Sort Order 1.

2. Keep It Consistent

  • If you have a naming or labeling scheme (e.g., “Support, Sales, Projects”), assign sort orders in a logical sequence.

3. Double-Check

  • If your swarm layout looks off, confirm each Agent’s Sort Order and that you saved changes.
