CHATBOT - SHOW IN HEADER

If you have a MOBLE Websites, you can display your Chatbot’s icon in the website header. Or, you can embed as a bottom-right popup or in a website. Only one Chatbot at a time can have the 'Show in Header' setting enabled.

WHAT IT DOES

The Show in Header option determines if your Chatbot’s icon appears either in the header of your website or as a floating icon in the bottom-right corner. If you set this to YES and Save, the previously displayed Chatbot (if any) automatically changes to NO, ensuring only one Chatbot icon is visible at a time.

CHATBOT LOCATIONS

1. Website Header:

  • The Chatbot icon will appear next to your site’s navigation bar.

2. Bottom-Right Popup:

  • The Chatbot’s icon hovers persistently, allowing users to click and start chatting.
  • Click AI Settings in the Top Bar to Deploy

3. Page Embed:

  • Embed your Chatbot’s inline in Web Pages.
  • Click AI Settings in the Top Bar to Deploy

BEST PRACTICES

1. Prioritise Your Main Chatbot

  • If multiple Chatbots exist, choose the one most frequently used or beneficial for site-wide interactions.

2. Test Visibility

  • Ensure the icon doesn’t clash with other header elements, or obstruct important site features.

3. Maintain Brand Consistency

  • Use an Agent Icon that complements your website’s design. A mismatched or overly large icon might disrupt user experience.
