AI COPY ASSISTANT

The AI Copywriting Assistant is like other AI copywriting tools that you may be familiar with, except for one major difference. 

Your AI Copy Assistant has access to your entire website copy and is aware of the feedback given in customer interactions and conversations. 

So it has deep knowledge of your website, your business and your customers and well placed to write better copy. 

In many ways the natural home of a copy AI is your website where you can have one unified AI in a central location that may be integrated with and deployed to other applications, safe in the knowledge that as you update your website content and promotions, you AI is updated everywhere it exists, like your Socials, or Customer Chat Rooms.

At the heart of your AI Website it it’s Knowledge Base, and with an AI Website your Knowledge Base is batched into smaller Knowledge Base Segments. 

And for techy’s each has their own API for ease of integration.

Knowledge Base segments might be for groups of pages like products, blogs or SEO meta information, or it could be for your members, or your orders and transactions. 

Or knowledge bases for your staff, through which they can create their own AI Personas to help them write content, and talk to customers as their very own AI Agent, just like I have created my own AI Paul, who you can chat with in a chatbot, talk with on the phone, and of course AI Paul writes content for me. 

With all these knowledge bases, we need a name, so we call your AI Website collection of knowledge bases ‘Webmind’ and we’ll be coming on to that shortly in more detail, when we set up your AI Agents.

Right now, we’re excited to see where AI Websites will go. 

We see a future where your company AI and your Website are the same thing. 

With your AI learning from your website and perpetual contributing with copy, images and custom conversations. It’s early days and we’ve only just begun, let’s see where this AI Website journey takes us.

In the Editor, access the AI Copy Assistant via the AI button in the Top bar. 

The first thing I'll draw your attention to is the Webmind toggle. 

If this is 'On', the AI will look at your website content; if it is 'Off', it will get information from the internet like other Chatbots. 

In this case, we want to keep Webmind 'On' as Webmind doesn't just understand the website knowledge base; it can also write as staff personas or AI Agents and write for Customer Avatars. 

Now the Agents and Avatars are set up in Webmind, which we'll be looking at shortly. I have created an AI Agent, trained from all MOBLE content and written, plus all the MOBLE training videos and courses I've made. 

So I have my own AI persona version that can write excellent copy, just like me. 

So what task can I ask it to do? 

I can ask it to write a new copy with a prompt and summarise the existing copy that I've written. 

It can spell and grammar check, language conversion, write for SEO, and write for landing pages or parts of landing pages like ‘Problem’, ‘Agitate’, ‘Solution’.

In this case, I create a headline for a Landing Page and can adjust the length of characters and the number of versions.
