The 5 Frames Method is MOBLE’s design system for keeping layouts consistent across devices, designers, and content managers. By working within the same five structural “frames,” every site maintains clean spacing, uniform alignment, and scalable designs no matter who edits the content.
Max Width — Keep layouts aligned with a fixed maximum width of either 1440px or 1280px.

Does MOBLE still offer Site in a Day?
Site in a Day was a popular MOBLE service first introduced in 2015, where our team built a full website in a single day. While the service was well-loved, it was based on a $2,500 pricing model that no longer reflects today’s costs. As a result, Site in a Day is not part of our permanent offerings.
Instead, our standard Built For You websites now start from $5,000, scaling to enterprise projects with thousands of pages. This is consistent with our current Terms & Conditions and reflects modern project requirements.

WHAT'S A KB PAGE?
A KB Page is a single item in your AI Knowledge Base that your chatbots can search, cite, and link to (for example, in chatbot carousels or quick links). Billing is based on how many KB Pages you have active.

Good to Know: In Webmind, if you 'hide' a page from your Knowledge Base this still counts as a KB Page as it is a website page or product. If you do not wish to be billed for a Page then delete the page in in the Pages area.

How is a Client attributed, and what is a Qualified Client?
A Client is attributed to a single Partner of Record (PoR) when:
- The Client signs up via your partner link or is pre-assigned to you in MOBLE’s CRM before first payment.
- The Client’s first subscription payment clears.
Only one PoR per Client. If multiple claims occur, MOBLE decides in good faith using CRM evidence (typically first verified link or pre-assignment). Self-referrals (your own entities/under common control) are excluded.
You act as the first-line commercial contact and success owner (e.g. onboarding coordination, check-ins, basic configuration, renewal/expansion, timely escalation). If you stop, or the Client asks to replace you, commissions stop at the end of the then-current billing period following reassignment.
- Partner-Sourced Lead: Eligible for Platform Commission (40% annual / 20% monthly).
- MOBLE-Sourced Lead: Commission is 0% by default. If your Sales Partner Contract authorises, you may earn 20% while assigned as PoR and actively managing the Client.

Outbound Voicebots initiate calls automatically based on triggers, such as:

Setup Twilio to give your Voicebot a phone number for inbound and outbound calls.
- Outbound Voicebots can share one number. Inbound Voicebots require a unique number.
- Buy a Twilio number in the Twilio Console (Dashboard → Develop → Phone Numbers → Buy a Number). In some countries, like Australia, business registration is required and approval may take 1–2 days.
