HOW IT WORKS:
- Knowledge is synced via API
E.g. Pages, Products, FAQ, Files - Knowledge is connect via MCP

- Each field in your stack is assigned as either Public or Private.
- Public fields are moved to your AI Safe
- Private fields are not in your AI Safe
- Each customer is given an encrypted UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) in their MOBLE account.
- UUID represent the customer, without revealing who they are.
- MOBLE's UUID Workflow connects the UUID to each app in your stack.
- When a customer asks a 'My Account' question in the chatbot conversation the chatbot asks for the UUID.
- An OTP (One Time Password) is sent to the mobile (or email) associated with their MOBLE account.
- The customer is now Authenticated and the Chatbot can now answer My Account Questions.
- MOBLE designs your chatbots in separate flows. If last name, email, mobile etc is captured in one chat flow, e.g. a lead gen flow. Then the chat is passed to a new flow e.g. customer support ensuring the Customer ID and Customer Account info are not in the same LLM conversation thread.
- Chatbots are connected using MOBLE's Switchboard tool which links chatbots flows together.
- As a final backup method MOBLE's applies redaction, and summarisation methods, ensuring that even if the customer enters their identity in the chat conversation, it is not exposed to the LLM.

Should I use Zapier MCP?
Zapier MCP is fast and simple when you don’t need customer authentication in the chat.
Example A store “Where’s my order?” bot that returns safe order status summaries, if you are not concerned about exposing the customer’s last name, address, or mobile.
Custom MCP is required when authentication and privacy workflows are implemented.
Example A dentist “Do you have my referral / x-ray?” chatbot, where OTP authentication is required to protect the user’s identity, yet still allow the chatbot to give the answers they are looking for.
The AI Safe sits between your knowledge and the LLM, and it does three things to protect your company data. By ensuring private fields like last name, email, mobile, DOB, etc. are never sent to the LLM, the customer identity cannot be exposed.
For example:
- Last Name
- Street address,
- Date of Birth
- Email,
- Mobile etc.
This is not redaction; we exclude these fields from your AI Safe so that they never exist. The LLM will know the customer via a UUID, so it can know everything about the customer, but it doesn't know who they are.
When the chatbot gets a question that requires protected customer data, it will ask for the UUID.
You decide what becomes your UUID. For convenience, it might be an existing customer number, or it might be something completely new. Because the apps in your stack all have different unique IDs, we map these via API to the UUID. Therefore, your chatbot can answer questions using knowledge from different apps without exposing the customer’s identity.
OTP is most likely sent via SMS to the mobile phone associated with their account (recommended), but it can also be sent via email.
With this method, the customer's email, mobile, or identity is never exposed to the LLM, and yet the LLM has all the information it needs to answer the customer's question about their account.
Later in the chat, the customer asks a question that requires an answer from protected account information. Since the name, email, and mobile have been given, and now the UUID has been asked, you might ask:
In short, no. Though, this scenario is resolved by design in the architecture that we will plan with you in the Workshop.
We solve this problem in three ways:
FLOW:
MOBLE's Switchboard tool allows conversations to be switched to an entirely new LLM chatbot thread, without the customer ever realising they have changed the chat thread. This allows one LLM chat to capture user data, and another chat to access private 'My Account' info without ever simultaneously exposing both in the same chat.
For example, you have a sales chatbot that is responsible for lead capture. This captures the customer data, then passes the conversation back to the original chatbot. Even though email and name were captured by one LLM, they are not in the other.
MINIMISATION:
Chat conversations can be summarised before being pass to the next chatbot flow. Therefore, if the customer pre-emptively adds their private data into the chat, it can be removed in an AI Summary before being passed to the next chatbot flow.
With Minimisation, the LLM chatbot flow only has the information it needs to answer the next customer question. An extreme example of this is MOBLE's SPI Score. The LLM scores each conversation with a SPI Score: Status, Priority, and Importance. Therefore the conversation has been minimised and new actions can be automated from the result.
With MOBLE's SPI Scores, the human team can be notified of the summarised lead, ticket, or task, status, priority, and importance, with all other data being visually logged in the Leads, Tickets, and Tasks Board.
REDACTION:
You have the option to redact fields from the chat. For example, you might choose to redact last name, email, and mobile, but allow first name to be seen. When the LLM reviews the captured form answers, it will not see fields that have been redacted.

The name MOBLE was never just how our American friends said “mobile.” It was an acronym for our growth model, a proven model at the heart of growth, tried and tested in the eras of Print, TV, Internet, and now AI.
