This page identifies third-party sub-processors that may process Customer Personal Data for MOBLE CMS PTY LTD (“MOBLE”) in connection with providing the Services, as described in the Data Processing Addendum. Capitalised terms used here have the meanings in the DPA.
Some MOBLE features rely on third-party cloud, messaging, or AI platforms. MOBLE may also integrate emerging generative-AI model providers (for example: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini/Veo, Perplexity, Deepseek, and successors). These models evolve rapidly, and successor versions or equivalent replacements may be adopted automatically as part of our continuous service updates.
Customer-connected integrations (for example, when you connect your own third-party account such as n8n, Twilio, or Slack) are not MOBLE sub-processors unless MOBLE provisions and operates the account on your behalf.
Below is a current list of sub-processors and integrations we frequently use to deliver the Services. This list is not exhaustive, usage varies by module and region, and third-party integrations only process data if you connect them. Customer-connected integrations are not MOBLE sub-processors unless MOBLE provisions and operates the account on your behalf.
The following infrastructure and hosting providers supply compute, storage, networking, CDN, or platform services that enable operation of the MOBLE CMS platform. Data location and provider usage may vary by module, region, or redundancy configuration.
Infrastructure providers are engaged directly by MOBLE. Customer data may be replicated or cached across multiple regions for performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
These providers enable system, marketing, and internal notifications delivered through the MOBLE platform, including SMS alerts, voice calls, WhatsApp messages, and chat-based notifications (e.g., Slack). Usage depends on your connected workflows and configuration.
Messages processed by these providers may include recipient names, contact details, and relevant message content. MOBLE configures these systems solely to deliver communications triggered by Customer workflows in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
These providers supply analytics, security, and consent tools used by MOBLE to measure performance, detect abuse, and protect forms from spam or automated submissions. Use depends on your selected modules and consent configuration.
Analytics and anti-spam tools process limited technical identifiers (e.g., IP address, device, browser) to ensure platform integrity and comply with applicable consent laws. These systems are configurable and can be disabled or replaced per Customer preference.
These providers supply generative-AI, large-language-model (LLM), or multimodal (text, image, audio, and video) inference services used by MOBLE features such as chatbots, search, summarisation, extraction, code generation, image design, or video creation. Processing occurs only when AI features are enabled by the Customer or by MOBLE for implementation work (e.g., “Built For You” or “Built With You”).
AI requests may include text prompts, context data, or uploaded assets that you or MOBLE submit to generate responses, images, or code. MOBLE transmits only the minimum information necessary, applies encryption in transit, and does not permit model providers to use Customer content for training. Because AI models evolve rapidly, MOBLE may adopt equivalent or successor models from these or comparable vendors (for example, new releases of GPT, Claude, Gemini, Veo, Sora, Deepseek, or others) without prior amendment to this list; notice will be provided on this page where required under the Data Processing Addendum.
These providers are used for contact management, marketing automation, and outbound communications integrated through the MOBLE platform. Data is exchanged only when a Customer connects an account or authorises an integration (for example, syncing contacts or sending campaigns).
These integrations may process contact details, message content, engagement data, and analytics metrics solely for marketing or CRM purposes as directed by the Customer. When Customers connect their own accounts, those vendors act as Customer processors or independent controllers rather than MOBLE sub-processors.
These platforms are used by MOBLE teams to conduct support sessions, onboarding workshops, training, or implementation meetings with Customers. Participation is optional and initiated by the Customer or their authorised representatives.
These services may process participant names, email addresses, meeting recordings (if enabled), and shared content for the duration of the session only. They are used solely for communication and collaboration, not for automated data processing or analytics.
These integration and automation platforms (“integration-platform-as-a-service” or iPaaS) enable Customers and MOBLE to connect data and trigger workflows between the MOBLE CMS and third-party systems such as CRMs, marketing tools, or messaging apps.
Automation tools may process transient workflow data such as contact information, messages, or task details solely to execute Customer-configured actions. When Customers operate their own accounts (e.g., their own n8n or Zapier workspace), those vendors act as Customer processors or independent controllers rather than MOBLE sub-processors. MOBLE-provisioned automation (e.g., “Built For You” workflows) is covered under the MOBLE Data Processing Addendum.
These third-party payment gateways and digital-wallet providers process financial transactions initiated by Customers or their end-users through the MOBLE platform. MOBLE does not charge transaction fees, store cardholder data, or act as a payment intermediary. Customers connect and pay their chosen payment provider directly.
These providers process limited payment details (e.g., cardholder name, transaction amount, reference IDs) under their own PCI-DSS-compliant environments. When a Customer connects a payment account, that provider acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor.
These integrations allow Customers to connect their accounting systems to automate invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation within the MOBLE platform. They are optional and only activated when a Customer connects their own account.
When connected, these platforms may process financial data such as invoice details, payment references, and contact information solely for accounting purposes under the Customer’s control. Each provider acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor.
These enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems can integrate with MOBLE to streamline operations such as inventory management, finance, CRM synchronisation, and workflow automation. Integrations are optional and only process data when connected by the Customer.
When connected, these systems may exchange data such as inventory records, customer details, order histories, and transaction logs under the Customer’s control. Each ERP provider acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor.
These integrations allow Customers to automate fulfilment, generate shipping labels, and track deliveries directly from their MOBLE-connected eCommerce or order management modules. They are optional and only process data when configured by the Customer.
When enabled, these services may process shipment details such as customer names, delivery addresses, parcel weights, and tracking information solely to complete order fulfilment. Each provider acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor.
These integrations allow Customers to connect their messaging and social chat channels for automated conversational workflows, such as lead capture, customer support, notifications, and AI Sales Agent interactions. They are optional and only process data when connected by the Customer.
When active, these services may process chat content, message metadata, and contact details solely as directed by the Customer. Each platform acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor. MOBLE does not access end-user messages or media except for integration diagnostics and security monitoring.
These services support the storage, streaming, or AI-based generation of video content used across MOBLE websites, chatbots, and marketing modules. Traditional hosting platforms deliver embedded media, while emerging AI video tools may assist in producing generative or automated visual content. They are optional and only process data or media when connected or enabled by the Customer.
When enabled, these services may process media files, prompts, and associated metadata (e.g., text-to-video inputs) solely under the Customer’s control. Each provider acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor. Because generative video technologies evolve rapidly, equivalent successor models or upgraded versions (e.g., Sora 2+, Veo 4, Runway Next) are covered under this category by reference.
These platforms enable Customers to embed social feeds, share content, manage ads, or connect their MOBLE websites and AI workflows for social engagement, analytics, and campaign automation. They are optional integrations and only process data when connected by the Customer.
When connected, these networks may process post content, engagement metrics, profile identifiers, and advertising data as directed by the Customer. Each network acts as the Customer’s processor or independent controller, not as a MOBLE sub-processor. MOBLE does not access or store social media credentials beyond the tokens required to maintain authorised connections.
