1. Not Our Platform Terms


These Terms govern browsing and use of the marketing Site only. If you create an account or use the MOBLE platform (e.g., Website Builder, CMS, Chatbot Builder, Ecommerce, CRM, Support, Projects), your use is governed by the MOBLE CMS — Master Terms of Use at www.moble.com/terms-cms, between you and MOBLE CMS PTY LTD (ABN 13 610 658 403).


2. Content & IP


All content on the Site is owned by MOBLE or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use


  • Do not use the Site in any unlawful manner or to infringe any person’s rights.
  • Do not attempt to access non-public areas, test vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
  • No scraping, automated harvesting, or mirroring without written consent.
