WHAT IT DOES

The Agent ID is a unique identifier used internally to manage your AI Agents. It’s not shown to the public, but it helps you differentiate between multiple agents—especially if you clone agents for different roles or channels.

HOW TO USE

Open AI Agent Settings: Access the “Agent ID” field.
Enter a Descriptive ID (up to ~50 characters): For example, “SHOP_PRODUCT_SUGGESTION_V2.”
Clone & Track: Each cloned Agent can have its own Agent ID so you always know which one you’re editing.
