HOW TO USE
GO TO AI AGENT
- Click AI Agents in the Main Menu, then choose an agent or add a new one.
CREATE A NEW FORM
- In the AI Form section, click New Form to open the Form Builder.
ADD FIELDS
- Choose from Text, Dropdown, Multi-Choice, Email, etc.
- Set mandatory fields (e.g., Email) and add placeholders for clarity.
CONFIGURE FORM SETTINGS
- Name: Give your form a distinct name (e.g., “Advanced Quote Form”).
- Form Types: Select how you want data to log (Enquiry, CRM, Chatbot, etc.).
- Notifications & Integrations: Optionally set up SMS, Voicebot calls, or external app connections.
SAVE & ASSIGN
- Return to your AI Agent settings to confirm the form is selected.
- Test your Chatbot to ensure it asks each question in order.
