Build a custom form from scratch for complex, highly specific Chatbot workflows.

Creating a New Form lets you design a form entirely from scratch, tailoring each question and field type to your exact requirements. This method offers total freedom but requires more setup time.

GO TO AI AGENT

• Click AI Agents in the Main Menu, then choose an agent or add a new one.

CREATE A NEW FORM

• In the AI Form section, click New Form to open the Form Builder.

ADD FIELDS

• Choose from Text, Dropdown, Multi-Choice, Email, etc.
• Set mandatory fields (e.g., Email) and add placeholders for clarity.

CONFIGURE FORM SETTINGS

• Name: Give your form a distinct name (e.g., “Advanced Quote Form”).
• Form Types: Select how you want data to log (Enquiry, CRM, Chatbot, etc.).
• Notifications & Integrations: Optionally set up SMS, Voicebot calls, or external app connections.

SAVE & ASSIGN

• Return to your AI Agent settings to confirm the form is selected.
• Test your Chatbot to ensure it asks each question in order.
