WHEN TO ADD A NEXT STEP MESSAGE TO YOUR AI FORM

Display a custom message after your Chatbot’s form questions are complete to guide users further.

WHAT IT DOES

The Next Step Message is an optional 'post-form' question that appears immediately after the AI has given it's answer, in order to check if there answer was sufficient, prompt the user to continue the conversation, or lead the user to another area, or promotion.

CONVERSATION CONTINUATION:

Instead of ending abruptly, you can offer a “Thanks!” or “Need anything else?” prompt.

PERSONALISATION:

Reference the user’s previous answers or provide next steps (e.g., “Was my answer sufficient?", "Have you any more questions?”).

FLEXIBLE USAGE:

If your AI Form Questions, or Chatbot Prompt already includes a follow-up, you can leave this field blank.
