ADD NEW KNOWLEDGE TO YOUR CHATBOT

WHAT IT DOES

The New Knowledge area is a Workshop to help you get organised and upload all of your Knowledge Base content for your AI Chatbot to reference—be it website pages, product entries, or files like PDFs. MOBLE automatically transforms each item into a JSON data structure (e.g., page.json, product.json) that powers your Chatbot’s responses. You can either:

• Scrape an existing website to convert pages into Knowledge Base entries.
• Manually add pages, products, files via MOBLE CMS.
• Connect through API, CSV uploads, or Make automations for each type of Knowledge Base.

HOW TO USE

1) Click “Add New Knowledge” via three locations

• Option A: Via AI Agent settings, click Add New Knowledge.
• Option B: Via Webmind, select Add New Knowledge.
• Option C: Via the Workshop tab, click Add New Knowledge.
  

2) In the New Knowledge tav Scrape your Website

• Enter Website URL: The system scans and converts each discovered page or file into structured data.
• Result: After scraping, you’ll see new entries in Webmind’s “PAGE”, "PRODUCT" or “FILE” Knowledge Bases.

3) Pricing and Plans

Once your website is scraped, your plan is determined by the number of Knowledge Base pages (KB Pages) you have. A “KB Page” is a standard website page or a file (such as a PDF) that has been converted to text to page a JSON database page.

Key Points on Pricing

• You aren’t billed until the 1st of each month, giving you an instant free trial period.
• You can remove or merge pages to fit a smaller plan, but keep in mind, merging everything into one large page means less structured data (reducing advanced AI quality and features like targeted link display or AI Tag segmentation).
• If you’d rather not handle scraping or setup, opt for BUILT FOR YOU, paying annually to have one AI Agent fully configured by MOBLE experts.
  
  

4) Add Knowledge (Beyond Scraping)

Once your initial website is scraped or you’ve chosen a plan, you can manually add more content using MOBLE’s powerful management tools. Each Knowledge Base (FAQ, Page, Product, File, etc.) supports multiple integration methods:

• CMS:
  Create or edit pages and files in the standard MOBLE Content Management System.
• API:
  Programmatically insert or update entries if you have developer resources.
• CSV:
  Bulk-upload or export data in a spreadsheet format.
• Make:
  Automate workflows with third-party apps (e.g., updating products when inventory changes).
