Set the text that appears in your Chatbot’s input box before the user types. If an AI Form is active, the first form question overrides the placeholder.
WHAT IT DOES
The Placeholder is the light grey text shown in the Chatbot’s input field before a user starts typing. It can be something like “Let’s Chat...” or a short instruction.
If you have an AI Form set to display first, that form’s first question’s placeholder takes precedence.
