  • Simple:  
    “I hope this helps! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.”
  • Use Action Buttons:  
    “I hope this helps! Click the BOOK A MEETING button below to schedule a call with a human expert. We’ll keep our chat log ready for them!”

TOP TIP:

Use your Farewell to spotlight the Action Buttons located under your Chatbot. For instance, if you’ve set “BOOK A MEETING” or “SIGN UP NOW” as a button, the Farewell can encourage users to click it before they exit.
