SSL CERTIFICATE
An SSL certificate makes your website open securely, with https and a padlock in the browser. You request it from the GO LIVE box in Global Settings once your domain points at MOBLE.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST IT
- At your domain name provider, add the A record, the www CNAME and the TXT record exactly as the GO LIVE box at the top of your Global Settings shows them.
- Type your domain in the Primary Domain field, without https:// or www (for example moble.com).
REQUEST THE CERTIFICATE
- In the GO LIVE box, press REQUEST FOR SSL CERTIFICATE.
- Then press SAVE at the top right.
The certificate can take up to 48 business hours. Your domain records can also take a while to reach every part of the internet.
CHECK IT WORKED
Open your domain in a browser. When it loads with https and the padlock, you are live.
If it still doesn't open securely after 48 business hours, check the records were copied exactly from the GO LIVE box and that the Primary Domain matches. Then contact the MOBLE team.
